Q - How are the teams made up at the beginning of each season?

A - T Ball / Learn to Play and CoachFriendly Pitch teams are made up by the Convenors balancing the number of girls and boys in each year of birth, while trying to accommodate the 'play with' requests. Teams from MiteSquirt up are handled through a draft where each coach utilizes the previous years coach ratings along with the current year Evaluation Camp ratings to pick their team. Each team should end up with the same number of players (within 1) of players in each age in the division. One 'play with' request is honoured, however, it must be on each players current years registration form.


House League

Q - How do I report that bases or the T ball stand are broken or need replacing or if I need equipment replaced for my team equipment bag?

A - While you can report it in the comments section of the Report a Score, it is best to forward an email to equipment@pickeringsoftball.com and copy the convenor for your division and vpoperations@pickeringsoftball.com . Explain what needs replacing or repairing in as much detail as possible as well as providing your contact information in case we need to get in touch with you for more details.
