All refunds are subject to a $10.00 administration fee

All cancellations and requests for refunds must by made via the PSA Information line (905) 420-6050 or via email to 'registrar@pickeringsoftball.com'

Proof of age is required for all new members

A $10.00 administration fee will be applied to any NSF cheque received

Coaches will contact players approximately two weeks prior to first practice

The Pickering Softball Association reserves the right to re-assign any child, to an alternative division, if his/her skills significantly exceed or fail to meet the level of play in their division

Team balancing will take priority over "play-with" requests

Players not participating in 50% of regular season games, may be ineligible for playoffs or post-season play.

The Registration form is a read only document that must be printed and completed by hand, then mailed in to our mailing address or submitted at a Registration session. To be accepted, the registration form must be accompanied by a cheque for the full amound (post dated cheques will not be accepted).
