This link provides you with terms about registration within Pickering Softball. There are two registration forms, one for Learn To Play / T-ball and one for Softball (Junior Atom through Bantam / Midget).

Pickering Softball relies upon the feedback from our parents and players to ensure that we continue to offer the best program possible for our membership. Your input is valuable to us and the information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The detailed information on these forms is only reviewed by the Association's President and Vice-President of Operations. Summary information is shared with the Executive and, when necessary, volunteers within our organization.

From Coaches

Learn to Play Coaches Feedback Form (Pdf)
This form is used by our Learn to Play coaches (formerly: T-Ball) to provide feedback on the development of the players over whom they had mentoring responsibility. This form will hopefully assist P.S.A. with understanding the skill levels of all Learn to Play members. This form requires the use of an answer key to determine the rating factors. Junior Team Coaches Feedback Form (PDF)
This form is used by Junior Division coaches (ie: Coach Pitch and Friendly Pitch) to provide feedback on the development of team members. This form is used to attempt to balance the skill level of teams for the next season.

Senior Team Coaches Feedback Form (PDF)
This form is used by Senior Division coaches (ie: Mite, Squirt, Novice, Peewee, Bantam and Midget players; age 9 and up) to provide feedback on the development of team members. This form is used to provide input for the coaches draft meetings in an attempt to ensure that all teams are balanced.
