Document Troubleshooting


Most of our forms are all created using Microsoft Office products, therefore we strongly recommend that you access these forms using Internet Explorer.  

When you attempt to open this document using Office 2000, you may be prompted to enter a Network password.  If you click the cancel option, the document will open.

For additional information on this problem, please read below, otherwise click on the document of your choice to open the document:


Warning

When you open an Office 2000 document or follow a hyperlink to an Office 2000 document in a Web browser, you may be prompted to enter a password. If you click Cancel or type the user name and password, the document opens as read-only.  Once you save the document to your local hard drive as a word document, you will have write access.

NOTE : You may need to type the user name and password multiple times before the document is opened in the Web browser.

CAUSE

These symptoms occur for the following reasons:

When you open an Office 97 document or follow a hyperlink to an Office 97 document in a Web browser, you do not experience this behavior.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).  Editors Note: The download of this Service Release took over half an hour using a high speed internet connection.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the following Microsoft products: Microsoft Excel 2000, Microsoft Front Page 2000, Microsoft Powerpoint 2000 and Microsoft Word 2000. This problem was corrected in Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
